Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Bonita! The villa was spotless, pool fabulous with beautiful views. Very peaceful and quiet but within easy distance of local amenities. Moraira is a beautiful town and we would definitely come back again.

"Casa Bonita - Easy-going, relaxed break"
Blinx, London, UK. Review Submitted: July 6, 2011. Date of Stay: June 2011
The house is light and airy, and (at the time we visited) in late June the only external sounds we heard were the palm trees swishing in the wind. Perfect for our requirements - a week of relaxing, reading and soaking up some warmth. Excellent outdoor eating facilities and a great view from the pool area so we ate every meal outside.
Recommended for: Relaxing getaway.
"Casa Bonita - My holiday at Casa Bonita"
Jonsey, Newquay. UK. Review Submitted: June 13, 2011. Date of Stay: June 2011
Knowing the area very well I knew when I booked the villa where it was and found it was all I expected, very clean, a nice location and a very nice pool. We didn’t even go to the beach except on one evening for a bottle of vino at el portet. I would recommend anyone who wants a nice relaxing holiday to book Casa Bonita and enjoy Moraira.

"Casa Palmera - Fabulous Holiday"
Jennie, Essex. UK. Review Submitted: June 5, 2011. Date of Stay: May 2011
My husband, 2 children (10 and 8) and I have just returned from a lovely holiday at the Casa Palmera.
The property was accurately described and in a quiet residential area, within a 5 minute walk of a mini supermarket and a couple of local bars. The villa itself was clean, well equipped and contained all we needed in respect of bedding, crockery, kitchen utensils etc.
As the weather was so good, and the pool so inviting, we didn't venture far from the villa and enjoyed the most relaxing holiday we have had for some time.
I would definitely return to this villa and have already recommended it to several friends.

"Casa Bonita - Wonderful villa"
Alan & Sharon - Montaigu de quercy, France. Review Submitted: May 20, 2011. Date of Stay: May 2011
We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Bonita. It was in a lovely position. Lovely, light & spacious rooms. Very nice outside area & Liz has provided everything one would need. A great outside barbeque & all. Although it was a bit fresh to use the pool it was still lovely having it there right outside your living space. Nothing lacking & very peaceful but so close to the amenities & the town. It is possible to have a lovely walk to town & back. Well done we hope to be back.

"Casa Bonita - Ideal Holiday Home from Home"
Kim & Mark – Nottinghamshire. Review Submitted: May 4, 2011. Date of Stay: April 2011
Casa Bonita is an attractive and spacious villa with lovely views to the sea. The owners really do seem to have thought of every need and both the villa and pool are exceptionally clean and well maintained. It is just a few minutes’ walk to the local supermarket and Moraira itself is a couple of minutes by car. Thank you for enabling us to have a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

"Casa Palmera"
JAF UK. Review Submitted: November 24, 2010. Date of Stay: October 2010
We had a great stay at Casa Palmera. Loved sitting in Naya looking out to Med. South Facing so gets the sunshine all day. Kitchen well equipped everything you would need and more. Lots of dishes, pans glasses etc., Balcony from upstairs bedroom nice sun bathing area. Pool was great - I was swimming in it in November!!! As the weather was really nice during our 6 week stay.
A few small Bars, Bistro and Pizza restaurant within walking distance and also a supermarket. Nice area and only 5 minutes into Moraira and its beaches in the car. We walked in a few times takes about 20 mins. OK going but Hilly coming back.
Richard and Christine who take care of the villa are really nice people, very helpful if you have any problems or need any information they do a great job looking after Casa Palmera. Moraira is a lovely place and there is no doubt we will be back very soon. Just a one little negative, some of the outside furniture has seen better days and could do with updating but everything else was fine. Large well equipped holiday villa, lots of outside space, good location. Would recommend.

"Casa Bonita- wonderful value for money"
Casa Bonita - Kathleen and Graham, Cambridge. Review Submitted: September 27, 2010. Date of Stay: September 2010
Casa Bonita was a perfect holiday home for our party of 3 older couples. Lots of space & fully equipped to a high standard, lovely views, very clean and comfortable. We used the barbecue on several occasions and the pool a lot. We loved the peace and quiet of the area and the five minute drive into Moraira gave us everything else we needed. To make life perfect a little shop within easy walking distance (there is one, but up the hill) would have been good, but we are of pensionable age and have had hip and knee problems!! Not Casa Bonita’s fault!!
It was also very easy to get to the supermarket in the car within 5 minutes.
On booking the villa the owner was very helpful and patient in the extreme as we had to change our dates and times, and it must have been frustrating for them, but nothing was too much trouble and the owner extremely accommodating of our requests. As we were leaving after our holiday, people were arriving to get the place painted and decorated for next season.
We all had a leisurely and relaxing holiday and would like to repeat it again soon! Thank you Casa Bonita!

"A Beautiful Villa - Perfect for All!!"
The Sims Family, Hayes, Middlesex. Review Submitted: September 10, 2010. Date of Stay: August 2010
We are "regulars" at both Casa Palmera and Casa Bonita (the second property on this website) and regard it as home from home!
The villa has a perfect location just enough away from the hustle of the town to enjoy peace and quiet. It is perfect for all ages, young and old! The outside kitchen is a perfect addition for lunchtime barbeques and cool drinks for around the pool. The pool itself is great for the children with the roman steps and has a shallow end. The steps are also great for the elderly wanting to paddle their feet! The rooms are spacious and clean with plenty of towels etc.
There are plenty of restaurants of all types in Moraira itself with a great choice of local food and the nearby Supermarket is as good as the larger supermarkets in Town offering a great meat counter and fresh bread, fruit and vegetables. We would definitely recommend this Villa and hope to return again Soon!!!

"Wonderful Location in Moraira"
Joe Romsey Review Submitted: September 12, 2010. Date of Stay: August 2010
Excellent facilities and unbeatable views of the Torre Cap D'Or and Moraira town. A welcoming sizeable pool was a refreshing facility in a week of good weather.
The villa had all the amenities one could ask for when away from home.
Would recommend Casa Bonita to anyone wishing to stay in this unspoilt part of Spain.

"Holiday heaven!"
Casa Palmera - Caz, Surrey. Review Submitted: August 10, 2010 Date of Stay: July 2010
Our family has just come back from this lovely house in Moraira and can't say enough nice things about it. It is very well laid out, family friendly (we have children of 7 and 4), clean, all mod cons and in a very nice area. The view from the main bedroom balcony is gorgeous. The swimming pool is perfect with a child friendly shallow end which is safe for little ones. The owner Liz and the caretakers Richard and Christine couldn't do enough for us and they certainly made our stay effortless, thank you.
Moraira itself is real nice with lots of lovely restaurants. Cap D'Or and El Nido were the kids favorites. The Friday Market is also worth a visit but go early, there are lots of bargains to be had.
If you are looking for a holiday home that allows you to have that all too precious family time with the minimum of effort and maximum enjoyment, then this is definitely for you. It’s a gem!

"Casa Palmera, Moraira"
Casa Palmera - Chris, Lynne & Ian, Milton Keynes. Review Submitted: August 8, 2010 Date of Stay: July 2010.
This is an excellent villa in a great location. Located in a quiet residential area but only 5 mins walk from the local shops for food, pizza, UK papers etc. 10 mins drive into Moraira with all its facilities. Spacious, quiet villa with lovely garden & pool & local support from the owners agents. The best villa we have stayed in for years.

"A very comfortable Villa"
Casa Palmera - Extended Winter Stayers, Norwich, Norfolk. Review Submitted: March 18, 2010. Date of Stay: November 2009.
Unlike most visitors to Casa Palmera, we were staying for 5 months during the winter, so our review is based on our experiences during an extended winter period.
Casa Palmera is a very comfortable and well maintained villa located in a very good location opposite a small wooded 'park' area and close to a small commercial area with a well stocked supermarket, a restaurant, a few bars, newsagent, hairdresser, bakery, hardware store and car hire.
The description provided by the owner is accurate and all the facilities were in good working order. The WiFi was fast and reliable and the TV service more than adequate with a selection of 22 UK Channels.
Upon arrival the villa was spotless and is maintained by a very friendly locally based couple on behalf of the owner. Communication with the owner both during negotiations and our extended stay were very efficient and friendly.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Casa Palmera to any of our friends and family for either a summer vacation or a long term out of season rental.
The villa is situated in a very convenient location for either visiting the town of Moraira, or any of the other towns between Valencia and Alicante, or inland as it is only 10 minutes from access to the AP7 Motorway. The Northern Costa Blanca is very well catered for when it comes to eating out with a very wide choice of restaurants for all tastes and costs with 'Menu of the Day' ranging from €4.95 to €20+.
If we have one criticism, it is that from a long term rental viewpoint, storage is limited. However for a fortnights summer holiday this would not be a problem.

"Bonita?-Yes!"
Casa Bonita - Marnicjola, United Kingdom. Review Submitted: August 5, 2009. Date of Stay: July 2009.
This is the 6th summer property rental we have made via Holiday-Rentals.co.uk so we have some experience. I can honestly say that this is the best holiday we have had. The owners have clearly invested a great deal of thought and effort into making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The property is well equipped with everything you could need. We particularly liked the outdoor kitchen including barbeque and fridge for chilling drinks. Moraira is a lovely town (we talked of retirement there!) and the property is well situated, with good views to the sea and it catches any available breeze.
Thanks so much for making it a great holiday for us.
"Simply superb!"
Casa Bonita - Phil & Marcia, Exeter, Devon. Review Submitted: November 10th. Date of Arrival: Oct 23, 2009.
The Costa Blanca is an area of Spain that we had never explored, Moraira looked nice and we found this villa and booked up. I have to say that we were 100% delighted to stay here and these are just a few of the reasons why: The villa itself is huge, light and spacious, the garden and pool is just the right size for a family to enjoy and the immediate area is very quiet. The only thing we had worried about was that the villa appeared to be beside a road, however we shouldnt have worried, the road only serves neighbouring villas and has no other passing traffic. Moraira is a great place to explore, lots of shops to mooch around when its getting dark and lovely restaurants to eat in, all very child friendly and quaint too. We felt we were seeing the real traditional Spain in Moraira. The beach at El Portet was a favourite with our kids, its very protected and calm and slopes very gently which makes it the safest beach that we have ever used, you can even have lunch in the cafe and watch the little ones safely having fun in the water a few feet away. Back to the villa, it is very spacious and comfortable with nice fixtures and fittings and clean comfy sofas, all of the bed linen was nice and so were the towels etc, just what you want when away from home. All in all this was a superbly quiet, comfortable, well kept villa in the most charming and friendly areas, we felt very happy here and would recommend it to anyone. Its so good to find that your villa and local area is nicer than you thought it was going to be. We will be back!"

The house had a lovely homely feel. Indoor and outside space was very spacious. Plenty of room, the outside barbeque area was fab. Property was clean.

Just returned from a very relaxing holiday in this well equipped villa. The views from the pool were outstanding and the outside kitchen proved very useful for drinks etc.
"A highly recommended private and secure villa"
Casa Palmera - The Regulars, Sedgley, West Midlands. Review Submitted: August 25, 2009. Date of Stay: May 2009.
Having enjoyed many villa holidays in various countries one often wonders on the way out if the property is going to live up to the brochure and often it falls short. In this case however the villa cannot be faulted and is perfect in all respects.
When you arrive at Casa Palmera you can immediately see where its name is derived as the large delightful enclosed gardens have two impressive palms at either end of the pool which provide welcome shade if desired, which is often. Ample sun beds are provided and a large table ,many chairs, a parasol and an outside kitchen all combine to provide ample opportunities for al fresco dining.
Although the villa has steps to the naya it is generally child friendly in that it has a shallow area with steps in the swimming pool and as access to the villa and gardens and pool to the rear is through a lockable side gate set in a high wall it is most secure.
The villa is always spotless and all facilities are well maintained by the very friendly and efficient husband and wife team who live locally and are a good source of information.
Locally there is a small village with a couple of restaurants and some bars with a newsagent, bakery and well stocked supermarket all within an easy stroll. Moraira is a short drive away and we have occasionally walked there and taxied back. The town is delightful in an unspoilt laid back way with many restaurants in its squares and over
looking the marina and small fort.
The villa is nicely located for visiting Guadalest, Calpe,Javea and Denia but if like us you prefer to stay put Casa Palmera and Moraira have all you need for a perfect holiday.
The owner is customer focussed and provides easily understood details and directions to the villa from the airport which has never caused a problem.
The villa provides ample space with a large lounge and delightful naya with ample seating.
The acid test with these reviews is "would you go again" to which we can answer this year was our third stay at Casa Palmera and we hope to go again which I think says it all.
"A Gem of a Property and Highly Recommended"
Casa Palmera - The Irish Visitors Dublin Review Submitted: August 18, 2009. Date of Stay: August 2009.
This property turned out to be everything as described in the lovely color brochure issued by the owner. There were no disappointments for us with this property. Casa Palmera was spotless from top to bottom upon our arrival and the pool maintained during our stay. The owner provided an excellent and efficient open line of communication which always helps when choosing a property and it is an added comfort when all questions are answered and speedily too. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to any of my friends. Lovely property with wonderful shade/sun option from 8am to 8pm in an excellent location for peace and tranquility, yet within easy access to the lovely town of Moiraira with its abundance of lovely restaurants, shops, bars etc. A most suitable location also to enjoy other nearby towns of Calpe, Javea, Denia etc. This property would be excellent also for off-season stays as it has a lovely wood burner which is nice for those cooler evenings and the sun shining through the Naya, with its lovely sea views, during the day would be most welcome. The property was excellently maintained during our stay and any matters requiring attention were dealt with in a most efficient and pleasant manner. Thank you again and we would have absolutely no hesitation in returning for future visits.
