Booking Procedure
Please check villa availability for your required dates. Click on “Enquiry Form”, complete and submit. We will reply by email confirming availability & total rental price as soon as possible.
On receipt of this “Confirmation of Availability” email from us, please click on “Booking Form”, complete & submit back to us. Please ensure you have read our “Terms & Conditions”. After submitting your Booking Form you will automatically receive an email from us with an attachment containing a copy of your Booking Form with your chosen payment details & instructions on how to make your payment by Cheque or Online Bank Transfer. So please check your email Inbox/Junk mail & print off the booking form.
We will send a “Confirmation of Booking” email. Your chosen villa will be kept on option for a period of 5 days from the moment we send you the “Confirmation of Booking” email. During this time, you must ensure to send us your payment. Failure to do so will mean your chosen villa will become available to others for booking
On receipt of your Deposit payment (if the Rental Period is more than 8 weeks away) we will send an Invoice stating all booking details & the Rental Balance Due Date.
On receipt of your Full Rental payment (if the Rental Period is within the next 8 weeks) we will send a Final Receipt with all booking details, villa address & key holder details.
