Our two lovely holiday rental villas are in the delightful small town of Moraira on the Northern Costa Blanca, Spain and just an hour’s drive north of Alicante airport. Situated in a quiet area of Moraira known as La Sabatera both self catering villas are south-facing with sea and mountain views and have their own private pools.

Casa Bonita is a very spacious single storey 3 bedroom/3 bathroom rental villa on a 1000m² south-facing plot with sea views and its own 8m x 4m private pool. Both villas are located on the same road in La Sabatera approximately 600 metres apart.

Each villa has a private driveway with parking for 2 cars. Local supermarket, newsagents, bakery, hairdresser, taxi, bars & restaurant are 700m from Casa Bonita. 5 minute drive/25 minute walk to Moraira town & main beach.

Casa Palmera

Casa Palmera is a spacious two storey 3 bedroom/3 bathroom rental villa on an 800m² south-facing plot with distant sea views and its own 8m x 4m private pool. Both villas are located on the same road in La Sabatera approximately 600 metres apart.

Each villa has a private driveway with parking for 2 cars. Local supermarket, newsagents, bakery, hairdresser, taxi, bars & restaurant are 300m from Casa Palmera. 5 minute drive/25 minute walk to Moraira town & main beach.
